Facilities
General Block
This block has started production since April
2007. The General Block has facilities to
manufacture:

The General Block has installed capacity to
produce 1200 million units of Tablets annually in a single shift. For coating,
an auto-coater has been provided.
For Capsules, the unit has capacity to produce approximately
300 million units annually in a single shift.
As regard to liquid orals,
ALPL has a
capacity to manufacture
12 million units annually in a single shift.
The ointment department has an automatic
manufacturing facility to manufacture 12 million
units annually in a single shift. Where all transfers are done
through pumps till it reaches the automatic filling
line which is compatible for producing aluminium or
laminated tubes.
An automatic dry syrup line also marks its presence
in this block.
The Packing Department is centralized having
blisters and strip packing machine.
Injection Block
This block will be having 3 lines of 120 CPM each
for ampoules, dry injections and liquid vials.
Ampoules and liquid vials will be supported by
sterilized tunnels. Commercial production in this
block is expected to commence within 3-4 months time
period.
Beta-lactum Block
Apart from tablets, capsules, dry syrup, this
block will also have a dry injection line of 120 CPM.
The design for this block is ready and
construction is scheduled to start shortly. |
