At the commencement of operation,
ATLAS
realized that the principle of testing a sample as a
representative part of a purported batch and
releasing the whole batch on its compliance with
some parameters including assay & purity did not
reflect the true nature of the batch and this system
has its own limitations.
The high
speed
machines
and
large
batch
sizes
for
production
made it
necessary
not to
depend
wholly
on the
acceptance
criteria
of a
small
sample
size,
but

to also examine the manufacturing events and lay
down sound practices to maintain consistency between
the segments manufactured in the beginning to the
fag end of the batch.The philosophy so adopted has become instrumental in
maintaining the Quality standards at
ALPL,
consistently meeting the expectations of our
customers.
To support the philosophy, a state-of-the-art
testing laboratory has been set up in a 300 square
meters area. The laboratory has all critical and
sophisticated instruments as well as human skills
which ensure that products manufactured by us become
the benchmark in the
contract
manufacturing
industry.
The Infrastructure is divided in Chemical Testing,
Instrumentation and Microbiological departments.
With a vision to contract research for global
players in the future, adequate area has already
been created. |
